Which area do we serve?
We are based in Sydney and love to meet clients in person. However if clients prefer online interaction or live elsewhere, we are happy to help via Zoom / MS Team / emails / virtual identity verification apps. Just get in touch and we will work out the best way to communicate.
Is there any costs if you decide not to proceed with loan application?
NO cost at all. Our services are 100% FREE to our clients. We retain our clients by exceptional services, not by costs or contractual terms.
How do we survive without charging clients? We receive commission from lenders on settled loans. Our business mainly relies on the referrals and new finance needs of existing clients. We know we will be alright if we always do the right thing for every client.
Honesty and integrity are our core values. Our advice is always based on the best interest of our clients. We are also subject to strict regulations to ensure we act in our client’s interests. In some cases, we actually suggested our clients to stay with their existing lender as our analysis show that their existing loan products are competitive and suitable for their situation.
Is it worth to talk with us if you have got loan pre-approval?
We can assess your pre-approved loan offer and check if there is better deal from other lenders. Any questions, come and chat with us.
How fast can we get your home loan pre-approval?
It depends on the lender you choose. Many lenders have auto-approval system that enables us to get home loan pre-approvals very quickly. However, we always suggest allowing up to 5 business days to ensure sufficient time to provide all the documentation for loan application.
You’ve made an offer for a property without loan pre-approval, how can we help?
We know that some deals are irresistable and finance is critical to the deal success. In those cases, we will prioritise and escalate your application through the lender.
How much can you borrow?
Every lender’s risk appetite and lending policies are different and thus the amount they are willing to lend you varies. Online borrowing power calculators are generic and may not consider your financial situation fully. When you speak to us, we help you estimate your borrowing capacity, monthly repayments, stamp duty etc more accurately.
